Eurospar in Austria

This project is a complex and large installation with a wide variety of connections.

The shopping centre has a central ventilation system, underground car park ventilation with a CO system, and an independent catering ventilation system. In addition, the waste heat from commercial refrigeration is used to heat the building. A geothermal probe heat pump controls the temperature of the adjacent areas and provides the ventilation systems with the necessary energy in winter. Passive and active cooling are both used to control the temperature in the summer.

In addition, there is a "standardised" lighting control system depending on the quality of light and the activation of the gates and sliding doors at opening and closing time.

All this was implemented under the time pressure of a total building relaunch scheduled for 1 December 2023.

Our extensive knowledge of GLT & MSRL and project management enabled us to realize these complex systems and their interaction.
