The Alpenrose Residence is situated 3 km from Brixen in Pinzago. Which is a truly idyllic location to spend a relaxing holiday.
According to the Loxone Partner, Helmut Krapf, Loxone was used on the project specifically because it automatically takes care of many tasks for the hotel owners. The whole place can be brought to life with just a single tap on a switch – music is brought on, the perfect lighting mood switched on and much more. There are also pre-defined modes such as “Bar Operation” or “Breakfast” which makes operation incredible simple for all members of staff.
Thanks to Loxone’s intelligent zoned heating system, the rooms are always at the perfect temperature. Rooms which are not in use are kept at a lower temperature to save money. Music and lighting are also easily controlled by the employees of the residence – meaning no one forgets to switch the lights on in the spa areas any more. There’s even automated exterior lighting to help the hotel stand out to passers-by.
