Hotel Sarotla
At Hotel Sarlota, the Miniserver now takes care of a range of tasks in the background – tasks that had to be manually carried out by staff members beforehand. Now the team can focus on the more important things, such as their guests.
What has been implemented?
All areas of Hotel Sarola have been automated using Loxone technology – from the spa & wellness areas to the restaurant ensuring one harmonious ecosystem. It was very important to the client that lighting, heating and music could be centrally controlled from reception.
Thanks to the Loxone App, every employee at the hotel has the ability to quickly and easily adjust the lighting moods or the volume of the music in any given room. A DALI Extension was used in this project to ensure that third-party lights could also be integrated into the Loxone system. Due to the size of the hotel, three Music Servers were used to avoid excessively long cable runs.
The Miniservers on this project were set up in a client/gateway configuration – this made it easier to connect the various areas of the hotel together.
