From Touch Pure to Wall Display. Which control interfaces suit my project?
Good controls require no explanation. They integrate seamlessly into the building – both logically and visually.
Building control systems
Wall Display 10″
What?
A permanently installed wall-mounted display featuring the familiar LOXONE user interface – maintenance-free and clearly laid out.
Where?
At a central point in the building.
What’s it for?
Control centre for a building, a zone or a residential unit.
How many?
Depending on the project: one per residential unit or floor (detached house), one per guest room (hotel), one per zone (industrial, catering, office).
Controls for central rooms or applications
Touch Pure Display
What?
A digital control unit with endless possibilities. Includes sensors for temperature, humidity and, optionally, COâ‚‚.
Where?
In a central spot in the room, e.g. next to the door.
What’s it for?
Lighting, shading, audio, music selection, indoor climate and much more. The range of functions is constantly being expanded.
How many?
Depending on the application, at least one per room. Works well in combination with the Touch Pure.
Touch Pure Flex
What?
A stylish control unit, customisable and made especially for you. Featuring sensors for temperature, humidity and, optionally, COâ‚‚. Available with a cable or battery, for indoor or outdoor use.
Where?
From garage doors to swimming pools – the possibilities are endless. The Touch Pure Flex blends seamlessly into any room.
What’s it for?
For specific, clearly defined areas of application where it must be immediately obvious to everyone which button to press. For example, Wallbox with three charging modes; In-room air conditioning control.
How many?
It depends on the specific application. From several per room (e.g. in a hotel) to 1–2 per building.
Controls for every room
Touch Pure Tree & Air
What?
An elegant glass touch panel according to the LOXONE Touch Standard. With sensors for temperature, humidity and, optionally, COâ‚‚.
Where?
It’s best to keep it within easy reach at all times. Next to every door, next to the bed, etc.
What’s it for?
Quick, intuitive control without having to think about it. By default, you can control lighting, shading, audio and centralised functions depending on the room.
How many?
At least one per room. Ideally, one push-button switch per interior door.
Touch Tree & Air
What?
A compact plastic control unit with 5 touch points. Integrated sensors for temperature and humidity.
Where?
Anywhere you would normally fit a light switch, e.g. next to every interior door.
What’s it for?
For everything that needs to be quickly accessible. Control lighting, shading, audio, and central functions according to the LOXONE Touch Standard. The built-in temperature and humidity sensors also serve to automatically regulate the indoor climate.
How many?
At least one per room. In a standard detached house, there are on average around 10 fitted.
Special controls
Touch Surface Tree & Air
What?
Turns any non-metallic surface into a control panel with six touch points.
Where?
Wherever controls need to blend seamlessly into their surroundings, or where conventional push-buttons cannot be fitted, e.g. in worktops, in the shower or in furniture.
What’s it for?
If you want to keep everything under control, even in less standard situations. Control key building functions such as lighting, shading and audio. As the Touch Surface can be operated even with wet hands, it is particularly popular for use whilst cooking, having a bath or in the shower.
How many?
The Touch Surface can replace any other LOXONE push-button. Find the right combination for your building.
Touch Nightlight Air
What?
A night light, control panel and alarm clock all in one.
Where?
It looks best on the bedside table.
What’s it for?
From the comfort of your bed, you can control the lighting, audio, blinds, alarm clock and centralised room functions, such as night mode.
How many?
One per bedroom or bedside table. It serves the same purpose there as the Touch or Touch Pure.
Touch & Grill Air
What?
A BBQ thermometer with seven measuring points, two temperature sensors, a timer and a temperature alarm.
Where?
Whether in the kitchen or on the terrace – thanks to its built-in rechargeable battery, the Touch & Grill Air follows its BBQ chef wherever they go.
What’s it for?
A BBQ thermometer and home automation system in one. Having a BBQ on the terrace? Control the lighting and switch the playlist whilst keeping an eye on the food.
How many?
As it is portable, one Touch & Grill Air is usually sufficient per building. The temperature sensors can also be removed, making the Touch & Grill a discreet, portable control unit.
Mobile operation
Remote Air
What?
A configurable remote control for the building. Follows the LOXONE Touch Standard.
Where?
Looks great on the coffee table or on the terrace – anywhere where there isn’t a button within easy reach.
What’s it for?
A remote control that’s easy to use straight away. Intuitive and with no need to search for buttons – because it works in exactly the same way as all LOXONE push-buttons. Perfect for audio, shading and lighting, with additional buttons for audio control.
How many?
Perfect for any place where buttons are hard to reach or where you want to control things comfortably without getting up, e.g. whilst watching TV or on the terrace.
LOXONE App
What?
The free app for your building. Provides access to all LOXONE functions.
Where?
On all devices and operating systems.
What’s it for?
You can control and personalise your home using the LOXONE App. Create custom lighting scenes, schedules for room climate control, energy management, music selection, your own automations – anything you can imagine.
How many?
One app for everything on as many devices as you want.
