New: Fan Coil Function Blocks
With three new modules, we are significantly simplifying the intelligent control of fan coils and induction units. This gives you, as a partner, the best possible foundation for commercial air-conditioning projects.
The Fan Coil Unit Controller controls air recirculation units. The Fan Coil Fresh Air Controller is designed for fresh air units, and the Fan Coil Central Controller takes charge of the overall control. Whether 2-pipe or 4-pipe systems – the Function Blocks are designed to accommodate different installation types.
Indoor climate? Sorted.
One component for everything: The Intelligent Room Controller is now the central control system for all room climate factors – heating, cooling, air conditioning systems and fan coils. What previously required special logic is now handled by a single Function Block from version 17 onwards. Fan speed and airflow direction can also be controlled directly via the room controller.
Air conditioning systems and fan coil units are integrated more seamlessly into the intelligent room control system. This significantly simplifies configuration – particularly in commercial projects such as hotels or offices.
Easy to use
The app features a new design for the Intelligent Room Controller. As well as being easy to use, it allows users to see key data such as air quality, humidity and temperature at a glance.
The changes to the Function Block make it noticeably easier to use: the desired temperature can now be set intuitively using the plus and minus buttons or by scrolling up and down – ideal for the Touch Pure Flex.
New Function Block: Presence Central
​With the new module Presence Central block, you can keep track of presence throughout the building. When people are absent, the system can automatically trigger actions – such as changing the heating mode or arming the alarm system.
In the App, you can enable or disable presence for each room individually – including via a timer for a specific period.
Apple CarPlay & Android Auto are here – with new features
Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are now available to the general public following the beta phase – with new features.
- Controls now display the current status – you can see straight away whether a gate is open or closed.
- From now on, a single press is all it takes to open and close a gate – ideal for the driveway.
- The previous security prompt before each action has been removed, and you receive immediate feedback when a command is executed.
Private Trust: Easy management of your clients’ installations
Do you manage dozens of customer installations? If so, it’s handy to have the centralised access via a trust to manage them. This allows you to transfer your users to all installations and access everything from a single account.
However, this had one drawback up to now: every participant in the trust could see all the other installations – so client A knew that client B also existed.
With the new Private Trust that’s over. Activate a single option in the Trust Manager – and from now on, every participant will only be able to see themselves and the Trust Manager. Full control for you, full privacy for your customers.
Adjustable transmission interval for Tree devices
From version 17 onwards, the transmission interval for Tree devices can be customised. This allows you to fine-tune your logic to match the control intervals of the devices exactly. This is particularly useful for high-speed systems such as air conditioning units and fan coils, as it helps prevent oscillations and improves control quality.

Based on extensive practical testing, the setup process has been significantly improved. For example: The Config now actively prompts you to save your settings on the Miniserver before devices can be programmed.
