No contract is required for the partnership with Loxone. However, we have outlined our principles for a successful cooperation in our Partner Guidelines. By registering as a Partner, you confirm your compliance with these guidelines, which aim for a fair cooperation. Otherwise, we focus on transparency in the Partner Program and treat all Partners equally in terms of partner levels and conditions.

Once you have achieved Silver, Gold or Platinum Partner status, you have 12 months to requalify for it. The necessary requirements for this are:

• Silver Partner: Annual attendance of a training course
• Gold & Platinum Partner: Annual attendance of a training course and corresponding minimum turnover

If you have met the requirements within the 12 months, you are automatically qualified as a certified Loxone Partner for a further 12 months. If the specified targets are not met, your sartner status will be adjusted based on the requirements you have fulfilled.
