Can I access the intercom via the 10-inch Wall Display?

Yes, you can. The Wall Display 10″ is equipped with a microphone and enables full use of the LOXONE Intercom – even in multi-dwelling buildings.

Is there a LOXONE power supply unit for providing the 24 V power supply?

No Tree Turbo line available? Then you can still connect the Wall Display using a Wi-Fi-Adapters or one USB-C-LAN-Adapters connect. A 24 V power supply is required. If running a new cable is not feasible and only 230V mains power is available, a 24V flush-mounted power supply unit can be used. We will soon be adding a flush-mounted power supply with sufficient output to our product range. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified as soon as it becomes available.

Is the new Ambient Mode coming to the Wall Display 10” as well?

Yes! The LOXONE App offers the same features across all devices – including, of course, the Wall Display 10″. Look forward to new customisation options that allow you to perfectly tailor the design of your control unit to any room.

“For BMS projects, the Wall Display 10″ gives us a neat dedicated solution instead of relying on a third-party tablet. Being able to use Tree Turbo is a real advantage, especially where network access is limited.”

“It’s important for our customers that we finally move away from tablets. They were a usable solution, but full integration into LOXONE simply fits better with a unified system.”

“The Wall Display 10″ feels like a much-needed addition to the range. We’re keen to test it early so we know exactly what we’re selling and can recommend it confidently on future projects.”

“A key advantage over iPads, tablets, or PCs is the direct bus connection instead of network dependency. I’m seeing network problems more and more frequently in practice – and this avoids precisely this potential source of errors.
For me, that means fewer dependencies, greater reliability, and seamless integration into the overall system.”

“We always order new LOXONE products early so we can get hands-on experience straight away. We’ve already sold Wall Display 10″ units into residential and care home projects, and I think it’s a big win for BMS-style applications as well.”

“Customers focus on three things:

– Design – the panel looks like an architectural element, not a tablet stuck to the wall.
– Smooth operation – the interface responds instantly, without lag.
– Always-on display – the device does not need to be woken up, which makes a big difference compared to tablets.

For many, it is also important that the Wall Display visually complements other LOXONE elements, such as the Touch Pure or Intercom.”
