Special requests and key challenges for this project included the installation of a face recognition intercom system fully integrated with the LOXONE home automation platform, along with a smart lock to provide secure keyless entry to the apartment.

The client also requested integration of the LOXONE audio system with the home cinema AV receiver, as well as full automation control of the jacuzzi.

Alongside the usual smart home features such as lighting and shading control, electric underfloor heating, air-conditioning control, smart security, and multi-room audio, this project also included several advanced custom integrations.

A smart lock system was installed at the apartment entrance, together with an IP doorbell featuring face recognition. Both systems were connected to the LOXONE ecosystem through API integration, allowing everything to be controlled and managed through a single LOXONE application. Intercom and smart lock data, including status updates, battery levels, and alerts, are all monitored within the same platform.

The LOXONE audio system was integrated to receive audio from the main living room TV and also supply audio to the AV receiver, allowing the customer to enjoy the TV sound throughout all rooms of the apartment.

In addition, the veranda jacuzzi was fully integrated into the LOXONE system for seamless control and automation.
