SVAT Elementary School

The elementary school is located in a former fortress building, which is also a monument. The goal was to equip the school premises with intelligent control and technologies that would make the overall operation of the school as easy as possible, including lighting, heating, ventilation and building security.

After the renovation, the building is automated in many ways. The Loxone system completely controls the lighting, heating, ventilation and cooling, shading and also the audio in all areas including the corridors, and therefore the school radio with the ability to communicate only to a selected class. Thanks to the flexibility of the Loxone system, it was also possible to ensure access and security for the entire school. The whole process was also taken a step further when it was possible to provide an attendance system and a connection to Edookit. Loxone will individually welcome children and teachers upon arrival and record their arrival or departure. Teachers do not even have to worry about ensuring the ideal temperature, Loxone coordinates the operation of the heating and air conditioning. The project also includes the integration of the elevator, where control over access to individual floors and convenient management were achieved. Combined with the Intercom in the cabin, this is a great and very cheap solution to a rather complex problem.
