Conversion of a residential building from the 1960s into a smart house. Control of all building technology components with one system. Light control of individual lights should be integrated.

The Miniserver takes over the central control in the house. All other components could be integrated into the system using the appropriate extensions. A particular focus was on the light control of individual lights. These special lights could also be integrated using PWM modules. The automated lighting always ensures the perfect atmosphere in the house and additional light scenes can be added at any time using the Loxone app. The automated shading also ensures more comfort and relieves the residents of a few tasks. The heating was also integrated into the Loxone system and always ensures the right temperature in every room.
