The investor approached us with the requirement for intelligent control of the sauna and the possibility of its remote activation, without any visible controls in the relaxation area - the emphasis was on a clean and aesthetic design.

In addition to the sauna, the following was needed:

Monitor the opening of the doors in the relaxation room and directly into the sauna,

Control the electric heating mat to ensure thermal comfort,

Measure the electricity consumption,

And at the same time respect the architect's strict requirements for lighting and precisely defined lighting scenes in the shower and relaxation area.

The project therefore required not only technical precision, but also a flair for design and detailed integration of technology into the overall interior concept.

The entire wellness zone is controlled by the Loxone Miniserver, which provides remote control of the sauna, temperature control and lighting - all without the need for visible controls in the space. Start-up and set-up is done conveniently via the mobile app, leaving the interior design completely undisturbed.

Using Loxone technology, we have created an intelligent and harmonious environment that offers comfort, energy savings and ultimate relaxation.

The lighting scenes were designed in accordance with the architect's requirements and sensitively accentuate the atmosphere of the elegantly renovated basement. The combination of functionality and aesthetics has given rise to a place that fully fulfils the idea of a modern wellness in one's own home.
