Wellness Bavarian style!

The traditional ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Posthotel Hofherr, where King Ludwig once took a break, combines a rustic restaurant in upscale Bavarian style, excellent cuisine and its own butcher's shop. The 400-year-old, artistically painted buildings are gradually being modernized.



We have been looking after the Posthotel for two generations and have already replaced KNX with Loxone, which has significantly increased energy efficiency. The conversions had to be carried out during ongoing operations without disrupting operations, training or the power and internet supply. In addition, the gradual switch from KNX to Loxone was designed in such a way that both systems worked together smoothly until the work was completed.



With this project, the hosts have achieved an impressive goal: a crown jewel that inspires large companies for seminars and conferences.

The new wellness area was fully implemented from Loxone planning to completion.



The focus was on atmospheric lighting and a uniform audio carpet that acoustically underscores the room and creates a profound sensory experience. The spacious area includes an organic sauna, crystal room sauna, glacier cold room, mountain steam bath, experience showers, Swiss stone pine lounge, relaxation rooms, an open-air relaxation terrace and a swimming pond.

A 70 kW PV system with storage supplies the area with energy efficiently and also operates public charging stations. Lighting and audio moods are fully automated and support various operating modes.
