Wallbox without billing

The community of owners with 8 parties and a shared underground car park wanted an e-mobility infrastructure without additional billing costs and an internet connection.

In addition, the local electricity company requires load management.

Loxone measures the total current of the main distribution. The energy manager takes over load management. The individual wall boxes are connected behind the existing apartment meters. If necessary, each individual apartment outlet can be measured. This means that it is never overloaded. However, since charging mainly takes place at night, this part was omitted in the first expansion phase. With this system, in addition to the wall boxes, a freely usable socket for the e-bike or a vacuum cleaner could be created at each parking space. The existing cable route could be used due to the star-shaped cabling.
