We present to you our latest project: a company building equipped with an advanced Smart Home system from Loxone. This installation combines innovation, efficiency and security at the highest level.



One of the key challenges was to develop a flexible access system that meets the diverse requirements of the company. Thanks to Loxone's intelligent solutions, we were able to implement a tailor-made system that optimizes both the security and accessibility of the building. Employees can now access the premises conveniently and safely, while sensitive areas are effectively protected.



Another focus was on setting up security systems, including water detectors. These sensors are integrated into the Smart Home system and enable early detection of water leaks to minimize potential damage and ensure operational safety.



The lighting in the building is controlled by high-quality products from the manufacturer Molto Luche. Presence detectors and time controls ensure that the light is used efficiently and automatically adapts to the presence of people. This not only creates a pleasant working environment, but also contributes to energy savings.



Furthermore, the energy flow from the photovoltaic system is continuously monitored and optimized. The Loxone system enables the electricity generated to be used efficiently by distributing it to the two Loxone wallboxes. This optimally covers the company's own needs, which not only saves costs but also contributes to sustainability.
