Family house Vorarlberg

The challenge with this detached house in the Vorarlberg Oberland was to integrate existing components such as the photovoltaic system, a heat pump and the wallbox into the system.

Among other things, the shading was implemented. This is automatically controlled depending on the indoor and outdoor temperature, the time of day and the position of the sun. Various operating modes have been created for the family for every possible everyday situation. These include night mode, presence, holiday and child lock. Depending on requirements, parents can set or activate the desired operating modes in the app or on the touch switch.



Other central functions such as the installation and integration of an alarm system, window and door monitoring, central lighting control and reading out the weather station were also built into the Loxone system. Lighting was solved using dimmers and DALI. These are simply switched and activated by means of presence detection. The wallbox, the inverter and the heat pump were integrated into the energy management system. The electricity tariff is read out via Loxone and a smart meter has been integrated.
