Holiday Village Waidlerland

The Waidlerland holiday village is located in the Bavarian Forest, Germany. Nature lovers, hikers and winter sports enthusiasts will find a place to relax here. The client had only one requirement for the project: modernity. The holiday village was equipped with Loxone technology.

Each luxury chalet and both earth houses have been furnished individually and equipped with Loxone. The access solution was implemented using the Loxone NFC Code Touch technology. Lighting and heating were also implemented with Loxone. It is particularly advantageous that you can switch between several lighting moods with just one button. The temperature is recorded using an integrated temperature sensor in each room. The target temperature can be regulated via the Loxone app. In addition, smoke detectors were installed in the holiday village, which contribute to safety.
