Challenge
A married couple dreamed of a family home. Planning what the ideal house should look like became their shared passion for some time. They put the solution in the hands of professionals. And today, they are a family with two children, they get to enjoy their time together in an intelligently automated house in the Slovak town of Šamorín.
Solution
A big positive in the planning of this project was the owners, who were open to innovative solutions and properly prepared for cooperation with experts in the project preparation phase. An important part of the project implementation was the very connection to the Loxone intelligent system.
The house had a Loxone system for automated interior lighting, exterior shading, heating and underfloor heating including hot water preparation, ceiling cooling including cold water preparation, CO2-based recuperation and DHW (hot domestic water) pump control.
On the exterior, the intelligent control of opening and closing the garage door, as well as an access system, was designed in the Loxone system. The possibility of complex control, whether manual (Touch Pure buttons) or through the Loxone App, brings considerable comfort, simplicity and intuitiveness to the owners. All individual technologies are linked by the Loxone system and thus acquire additional functions.

Intelligent control combined with presence sensors and simple control using glass touch buttons suits us perfectly and significantly increases the comfort of use compared to our previous house. We can easily regulate all lighting, change lighting moods with just a touch, not to mention intelligent control of heating, cooling, blinds or security. We are very satisfied, we can only recommend.
