Challenge
From the beginning we wanted to provide a specific solution for the optimal air conditioning of the single-family home.
The climate of the home works through a radiant and refreshing floor system with temperature and humidity probes and fan-coil support to achieve maximum comfort in all seasons.

Solution
To achieve climate management, we have also used Supergrandhermetic blinds as well as blinds and we have adapted the system to be able to open, close and direct the slats.
Different lighting environments have been created for the dining room with RGB lights and LEDs, and the system also controls the exterior lighting of the home.
Access control has been implemented on the garage door and exterior sliding door.
Together it works with the alarm system that is combined with a traditional system. The alarm is activated and deactivated and, in the event of an alarm, the perimeter is turned on.
