Family villa in Isernhagen

Challenge

In addition to an energy concept that does not feed the surplus from the PV system into the public grid, but rather uses it to control the pool as well as the air conditioning and ventilation system, the customer also wanted a smart mailbox system

The number of packages and letters is recorded and the status is automatically reset when opened via a code touch in order to simplify everyday life.

The house entrance area should also be smart and individually tailored to the various needs in everyday life and ensure privacy.

Electric window elements, curtains and pleated blinds as well as a controllable slatted roof outside were also among the family's wishes.

By integrating all designer lamps and an illuminated mural in the living area, special highlights were created and result in a harmonious lighting concept throughout the entire house.

The audio system was also integrated into Loxone and can therefore be easily controlled via the app depending on the mood and needs, be it for a party, children's radio plays or the ambience in the evening.

Solution

The energy concept was implemented by integrating a Fenecon storage system into Loxone, with a heat pump each for the house and the pool.

In combination with air conditioning, shading and ventilation, the entire indoor climate of the house is controlled.

The sensors include Loxone components such as Touch pure and Flex, Co2 sensors and presence detectors.

An intercom with Codetouch was installed in the mailbox system, as was a Nano DI tree to record the status of the mailbox flaps and doors, as well as the gate and gate controls and automatic lighting.

The courtyard entrance and garage doors are opened via Homelink in the cars.

In the entrance area, the windows can be streamed so that they become milky and ensure privacy in the evening.

Since the window elements, curtains, pleats and the slatted roof have 24 V DC motors, we were able to use the nano motor controllers for control.

We can move the TV out of the closet in the bedroom using a Nano 2 Relay Tree.

For the lighting concept we used Dali as well as the Loxone Tree Dimmer RGBW.

For the audio system, we installed the audio server with 6 stereo extensions in the server cabinet as well as in the pool house for the outdoor sound system.

Based on years of experience, we know that with Loxone you can quickly implement complex special applications for the customer cost-effectively and easily.
