Challenge
Villas of Devín, premium housing in Smíchov, Prague, illustrates the Loxone system being used in design projects for high expectation customers. In a four-story "villa" with underground parking, there are 8 apartments with different layouts, from a studio to a luxurious four-room penthouse (170 m2) with terraces.
Solution
The choice of technologies was also approached with the intention of providing the owners with maximum comfort. Therefore, the developer decided to use the Loxone control and automation system. It covers everything from heating and cooling to security systems, lighting, ventilation and shading. In addition to automation, residents have everything under control, e.g. using the Loxone Touch Pure glass touch buttons, which fit perfectly into the exclusive design. The App provides them with an overview and the possibility of control from anywhere.
