Challenge
A new, high-end building was to be fully automated with LOXONE – including DALI lighting control, pool technology, heating and room temperature control, and a burglar alarm system with UniFi cameras.
The requirements were complex: numerous trades involved, high security standards, energy-efficient control, and seamless integration of all components.

Presence detectors handle both lighting control and intrusion detection – dual functionality, less hardware.
Window contacts serve both as burglar protection and for intelligent room control.
When a window is opened, the heating system reacts automatically, preventing unnecessary energy consumption.
