Challenge
Create smart home solutions in 157 apartments. The task includes implementing heating, cooling, and ventilation control and monitoring systems, integrating an intercom for communication with visitors, and collecting data from approximately 750 m-bus meters. Additionally, the solution should include garage gate control and monitoring. Access to the Loxone app should work locally and from the internet.
Solution
We installed the following items for the project:
