Holiday home on Lake Garda

The holiday property is located near Lake Garda in Bardolino. Therefore, the owner wanted to be able to both control the property and rent it out easily from anywhere in the world. The installation of Loxone was essential for this holiday home.

The keys to the property can simply be handed over to the guests via an NFC code. To save on running costs, the building's heating and cooling system is intelligently controlled via window contacts, shading, and a button in the Loxone App to signal if the apartment is occupied or unoccupied. All of the lighting in the apartment can be easily switched off when leaving through a triple click of the Touch switch by the front door or a click in the app. For the safety and security of the owner and the guests, the alarm system runs using motion sensors and window contacts. The dehumidifier devices are controlled via the room climate sensor - so as to avoid condensation forming.
