Challenge
The goal was to simplify everyday functions in the house, to give more time to residents for focusing on the important things in life, and last but not least, to save energy. Loxone was to take care of managing the whole range of technologies in the house.
Solution
An NFC Code Touch from Loxone was placed at the entrance gate. In addition to the garage door, it also controls the gate and entrance to the driveway. Another Code Touch opens the front door.
Loxone LED ceiling lights are placed in children's rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms. In addition, classic switched 230V lights in the living room, garage, hall, basement and around the house, including the pool, are also integrated into the automation system.
Loxone also controls the front window blinds and the electric pergola. Its roof is movable, has integrated lighting and 3 sliding side blinds. All control is easy and intuitive thanks to the Loxone Touch switches. Heating is provided by a gas boiler, where Loxone regulates the individual circuits of the underfloor heating. If there is no need for heating, the system knows this and leaves the boiler in economy mode.

We see the greatest benefits in simplifying everyday life, saving time by eliminating routine tasks and saving energy. For example, the notification of an open gate is very useful, and we also like the adjustment of the intensity of the lights.
