Conversion of industrial property - shared office

In order to maintain the flexibility of two such large areas, it is essential to have a good base that can be adapted. The lighting, shading and access concept can change monthly due to different tenant relationships. Nevertheless, the convenience for automatisms is desired and ease of use is a prerequisite. A total of 35 different parties are possible in these two areas and the desire for a video intercom system that also works with several entrances is desired.

In the project, 3 mini servers have been interconnected as redundancy using Tree Intercom and network, with a weather station and the expansion of a video intercom system (VGSA) being set up globally. The VGSA is set up using trust and prepared in such a way that a main entrance can be integrated. The structure is set up for each floor so that they can each be operated independently of one another. Furthermore, the air control is controlled via Modbus and sent to the administration and building maintenance by means of error transmissions.



A total of more than 500 products are integrated into the concept and can be controlled accordingly.
