Challenge
The initial situation involved a building dating back to the 1970s that was to be expanded with an extension. Originally planned without Loxone or conventional electrical installations, the modernization began with a gradual conversion. The system was gradually converted to Loxone technology to integrate intelligent controls for lighting, shading, audio, and building functions.
Solution
The solution includes the integration of a Loxone Miniserver, with most of the cabling being wired and some being wireless via Air technology. Wever&Ducré and other 24V lighting elements are used for the lighting, which can be individually controlled. The audio system is connected via an audio server with stereo extension and master-slave configurations to enable multi-room audio in different rooms. The goal is flexible, modern building automation that offers comfort, efficiency, and a high-quality sound experience.
