Stoa Fine Cigars & Spirits is a premium cigar lounge and private membership club that required a unified automation solution to manage comfort, lighting, access, safety, and customer experience. As a Loxone Partner, Grizzly Tec delivered a complete integrated system using the Loxone Miniserver as the central control unit of the platform, providing reliable automation, simplified control, and remote monitoring across the entire space.

1. Multi-Zone Audio & Announcements

• Installed the Loxone Audioserver to deliver high-quality background music throughout the lounge.

• Automated volume levels based on time-of-day and occupancy.

• Configured dedicated channels for staff announcements during events or operational updates.



2. Dynamic Lighting with RGBW & LED Control

• Integrated RGBW Dimmer Tree modules for LED strip lighting and specialty accent fixtures.

• Programmed custom lighting scenes tailored for lounge, bar, humidor, retail, and event environments.

• Automated schedules ensure consistent ambiance and energy efficiency.



3. HVAC & Ventilation Automation

• Provided full HVAC control through the Loxone Miniserver system.

• Implemented 0 – 10 V control for the ventilation system to maintain proper airflow—critical for a cigar environment.

• Integrated presence sensors to adjust temperature and airflow based on occupancy.

• Automated ventilation boosts during high smoke periods or events.



4. Access Control & Membership Integration

• Installed NFC Code Touch units for secure staff and member access.

• Configured access permissions, schedules, entry logs, and multi-level authentication.

• Integrated with Loxone Exosphere for real-time reporting of:

o Member entry activity

o Access history

o Usage analytics for the lounge’s membership model



5. Humidity Monitoring & Alerts

• Installed a complete burglar alarm system integrated with presence detection.

• Automatic arming/disarming based on hours, presence, and access credentials.

• Added Power Supply & Backup Battery units to maintain:

o Emergency lighting

o Access control functionality

o Miniserver operation during outages

• Unified presence-based logic controls:
