Challenge
It was important to the client to implement a fully comprehensive building control system that would allow employees to work comfortably without distracting them with technical gimmicks. In addition, great importance was to be attached to the issue of security. Energy efficiency also had to be optimized.
Solution
2 miniserver control both heating and cooling, the lighting, the music and the alarm system in the studio. Climate monitoring was installed in the IT and technical rooms to warn of critical temperatures. Water sensors and smoke detectors were installed in the building to send a notification to the owner's smartphone in case of emergency.
A big challenge was that there was no possibility to create and test a complete programming. New elements had to be inserted and integrated into the running system in stages. This was due to the fact that the construction measures took place during ongoing operations. Nevertheless, the project could be implemented successfully.
