ZEV solution of the future

In order to make optimal use of the energy from the newly installed solar system in the apartment building, there is no way around a ZEV (“own consumption association”). The ZEV has the advantage that tenants also benefit from the sustainable electricity through the lower electricity price than usual when purchasing from the grid provider.

By renewing the main distribution, all energy meters have been replaced with MID-certified private meters, which are read via Loxone and automatically generate a monthly evaluation for the customer. Thanks to energy management, the energy expenditure for water treatment in the building can be used when the energy produced is at its highest in order to achieve the highest possible self-consumption value.
