Smart Holiday Apartment

In this project, the client's requirement was to implement the vacation apartment as efficiently and smartly as possible. One important aspect was convenience, such as the ability to turn on the heating before arriving home.



Furthermore, building security was taken into account, meaning that relevant information could be accessed via the app at any time, even without being physically present. Easy access for tradespeople, guests, and cleaning staff had to be guaranteed.

Loxone's building automation system impressed across the board. Comprehensive building security was implemented with water detectors, smoke detectors, an alarm system, window monitoring, and temperature and humidity control.



The NFC code touch enables documented access for all authorized personnel, and the presence simulation, combined with automatic shading, demonstrates that an empty apartment can appear occupied from the outside.
