Smart one-way line house with PVA and energy management

This smart home was built in 2021. All common functions such as lighting, shading, security as well as heating and cooling should be implemented with Loxone.

Only Loxone components were used in this project. Next to the front door of this house there is an NFC Code Touch that controls access to the house. Automatic lighting helps save energy because the light only comes on where it is needed. Different lighting moods with different colors and light intensities can be created in the Loxone app. This means that the right light scene can be selected for each specific atmosphere. The beautiful wooden stairs are perfectly highlighted by LED strips. Automatic shading also helps save energy. In winter, the natural heat is used to heat the rooms. In summer, however, shading protects the room from overheating so that unnecessary cooling energy is not used.
