Smart Office Baselland

Our office was designed to be built smartly without fixed installations, to demonstrate that, for example, in the event of a change of tenant, the office or even an apartment can easily be dismantled.

Thanks to Loxone, thinkinghouse AG was able to set up their office accordingly. Access is via an NFC Code Touch Air, which opens the door thanks to the integration of the Nuki Smart Lock. As soon as the Air presence detector senses movement, the music is switched on and the lighting is adjusted according to the ambient light level. A Touch Pure Flex with all necessary functions has been installed at the entrance door. The shading system was integrated smartly using the Shading Actuator, and the lighting is automated via the Dali Air and the RGBW Compact Air dimmers. The Install Speaker 10 provides subtle background music. Security is ensured by the Air window handles and the Air window contact connected to the alarm system.
