This single-family home in Korb was equipped with Loxone by Clever2Smart. Thanks to intelligent home and building automation, residents are relieved of numerous tasks, leaving more time for the important things.

Thanks to the presence detectors, the lighting throughout the house is only activated where someone is currently located. By using RGBW spots and LED strips, suitable feel-good lighting can be easily created. The residents have the opportunity to create individual lighting moods using the Loxone app. This way you can create the perfect atmosphere for every occasion. The “morning light atmosphere” in winter is particularly popular with residents, which makes it possible to enjoy the morning in pleasant light with a cup of coffee even in wintry conditions.



The large windows in the living and dining areas create a special atmosphere. Automatic shading in the house ensures sun protection, privacy and maximum energy efficiency. The building continuously takes into account the current position of the sun and adapts accordingly: in summer, overheating of the rooms is avoided, while in winter the natural sun's rays are used for heating.



Another highlight in the house is the “party mode”: the children in particular are thrilled when the shade is lowered, the lights shine in different colors and their favorite music plays from the speakers. On rainy days, this atmosphere puts you in a good mood. In addition, amplifiers and subwoofers from Clever2Smart were integrated into the Loxone system, turning a movie evening into a home cinema experience in the living room.
