Smart house in Tuchów

Challenge

The Austrian investor wants to make the most of the freedom that comes with retirement and enjoy every moment. Together with his family, he divides his time between Austria and Poland, where he decided to build a second home. From the very beginning of the idea to build a second home, the investor was sure that he wanted to automate some functions, which would make life easier and allow him to keep control over what happens in the building when the family is in Austria. However, with advice from the architect and Loxone Partner Salox, he concluded that extensive automation would be a much better choice.

Solution

Automation controls lighting, air conditioning, ventilation, shading, heat pump, security, and audio system, providing owners with unprecedented living comfort and peace of mind when the house is abandoned.

Loxone intercom that allows the owner to communicate with visitors from anywhere in the world.

The function that has gained the recognition of household members is the night mode that allows you to move around the house in the dark without the risk of injury or the need to look for the right switch.

Controlling the indoor climate is something that has received particular attention. When the family is away, the temperature should be lowered to eliminate unnecessary costs. However, temperatures that are too low in winter or too high in summer are not conducive to the interior, so the owner can manage the climate himself remotely via the app or simply leave it in the hands of the Loxone system. There are always optimal conditions before the arrival of the household members.

A photovoltaic installation has also been connected to the system, which ensures much more economical energy consumption.

We are very pleased to have found this solution. We are happy to have found a competent partner in Salox Smart Home and can only say that we recommend this system to everyone because it works in a very simple way and you absolutely do not have to worry about its technology being too complicated. So we can only say: thank you Loxone.
