Challenge
Safety was the most important thing for the client. Due to the limited budget, the possibility of later expansion of the smart home system was crucial.
Solution
Based on Loxone devices, we have implemented a complete alarm system. Wireless reed switches, flood and smoke detectors ensure security. In the event of detecting a water or gas leak, solenoid valves disconnect the possibility of supplying these media.
The basis in a smart home is lighting management, so in this case we control it in two ways: turn it on/off or dim it. The light sources in this case are standard chandeliers and LED strips. Presence detectors are used both to alarm and to switch on the light. In addition, we control the garage door and ventilation.

We chose Loxone for this project because of its future expandability. The system is a hybrid, some devices communicate wired and others wirelessly. This allows you to expand the system at any time. At the same time, without losing stability and security. No other system is so flexible. That's why we became a Gold Partner of Loxone.
