House in Chodzież

The task was to fully "implement" the Loxone system in a single-family house. The client focused mainly on control:

- lighting,

- shading,

- heating,

- energy management (the client has PV panels),

- ventilation.



It was a house undergoing major renovation, so most of the electrical installations had already been completed. Our task was to deliver, install and launch components from Loxone.

All necessary elements were installed in the existing electrical switchboard, i.e. Miniserver, Relay ext, Dimmer ext, Tree ext, Dimmer ext and the appropriate number of power supplies. In many places, the investor installed RGBW LED strip lighting, which, when combined with the RGBW 24V Dimmer Tree, gave the desired effects. The rest of the lighting is controlled via Dimmer ext. External roller shutters are installed throughout the house and their control is based on Relay ext devices. Heat to the house is supplied from the municipal network and distributed throughout the house via underfloor heating. Of course, the Loxone system also takes care of this and controls over twenty actuators via Relay ext.
