Smart home in the penthouse

In a quiet location on the outskirts of Hard, i+R Schertler completed a new residential complex in June 2021. The future residents of the penthouse have a long-standing partnership with our company. That's why we were particularly pleased that, in addition to the lighting technology, we were also allowed to be responsible for the complete building automation.

In residential complexes, individual apartments can be realized with Smart Home or building automation, while other apartments in the same building are installed conventionally. The system controls the lighting, shading, heating, air conditioning and music. A permanently mounted iPad in the living area not only replaces a large number of blind and light switches, but also allows the music to be controlled. A weather station is also integrated into the smart home system. Automatically regulates the shading of the roof terrace. All these functions can also be controlled from the smartphone.
