Challenge
This property is a home owned by our company. Of course, it was important to us to control all functions such as lighting, shading, heating, access, security and multimedia with the Loxone system. And it should be as automated as possible so that as few manual interventions as possible are required.
Solution
The lighting can be easily integrated with the DALI extension. LED strips in different rooms can also be read quickly and reliably using the RGBW 24V Dimmer Tree.
The in-roof photovoltaic system can also be read directly via the network and the energy generated can be used intelligently with several interfaces.
If you leave the house, the alarm system is automatically switched on and a presence simulation is started.
The front door to the house can be opened using NFC. This can also be done by a guest issuing a one-time valid code.
