Challenge
The landlord, who is professionally at home with technology himself, had very clear ideas from the start. Together with the construction couple, we worked out the ideas and wishes and created a smart home concept for their house. The customers were also fully involved in the technical implementation right from the start.
Solution
Arrive in the smart home
When you come home, the garage door can be opened with the Loxone app on your mobile phone, the access system allows entry with a code and is also connected to an intercom system.
The motion detectors in the entrance area and hallway automatically ensure optimal lighting. The temperature in the house is automatically controlled and constantly monitored by heating and shading. If a storm comes up, the integrated weather station sounds the alarm and automatically raises the blinds for protection.

In addition to planning the smart home components, the lighting concept for the house was also planned.

Connected to the smart home system, various pre-programmed lighting moods for the entire living space can be activated with just one click. Either via the button on the wall, the wall panel, on which the complete control of the house is possible, or via the Loxone app on the mobile phone.

The young family moved into their house on the outskirts of Feldkirch about six months ago and has really settled in.
