This new build family home in Havlíčková Brod in Vysočín was designed and contracted by a Loxone partner so it was only natural that Loxone was installed throughout. This brought with it a big advantage that the construction and design of the interior were very coordinated, which included allowing for the implementation of exciting features like great lighting and technological equipment throughout the house.

The residents of this home are very pleased with the implemented automation throughout their house. This build included video intercom for access, great interchangeable mood lighting from the LED spots, LED strips and LED panels, zonal smart heating control, ventilation based on humidity or time schedule and automated front window blinds.
