Located in an exclusive seaside villa community on the Adriatic coast, this recently renovated luxury property has been transformed into a high-end Airbnb destination with a complete Loxone Smart Home solution. The project’s mission was to seamlessly combine security, energy management, and guest comfort into a single, integrated system. Through a tailored Loxone configuration, ScreenOn Shpk designed and implemented a fully integrated smart home ecosystem. The solution combined wired and wireless components to adapt to the existing structure, ensuring a balance between discreet installation, seamless operation, and premium user experience.
