The challenge with this project was primarily the access solution. Combining the various requirements of private and commercial units in a building in such a way that employees and residents are guaranteed appropriate access.

Due to the large window elements, shading, especially heat protection in summer, also plays a major role.

In order to continue the simplicity of the cubic design inside, emphasis was placed on a simple appearance of the building control system.

The intelligent heating control system should be efficient and solved using renewable energies.

The intelligent access control solution with NFC Code Touch allows employees temporary access to the work rooms and residents unhindered access to the commercial and private rooms at any time.

With the help of the intelligent temperature module, in which the internal temperature of the room is recorded and the intensity of the sun is measured with a weather station on the roof, the venetian blinds are automatically regulated according to the position of the sun in order to achieve a comfortable temperature.

The simple Touch Pure combines the control of light, music and shading for the entire room in just one switch.

The desired efficient building control was implemented using a heat pump that controls the heating and cooling requirements of the building and a photovoltaic system on the roof with 15 kW storage capacity.
