Elegant apartment in the center of Zlín

We wanted to create a home that would learn and respond to the owner's needs. A home that will think for her. The client had no idea what technologies could be useful for her, so she entrusted us with this important task. We set to work with enthusiasm and created a project that not only met high standards, but also met the owner's expectations.

Thanks to the Loxone system, the owner can regulate the temperature of the Heatfolie floor heating in each room separately. In addition, the heating reacts to the detection of people in the room, so there will be no need to unnecessarily heat the bedroom during the day when no one is there. This not only increases the comfort of the owner, but also leads to significant heating savings. And such a little trick, if the windows are open, the heating is automatically turned off so that the apartment does not get too hot. Another technology controlled by Loxone is dimmable lighting. The owner does not have to worry about where and how long it lights up. The lights are set to respond to the time of day and movement in the apartment. This adaptive lighting not only saves energy, but also creates a unique atmosphere, for example on the terrace, when the colors and intensity of the light change according to the surrounding conditions. We also used indirect lighting - LED strips, which the owner will especially appreciate in the evening. A matter of course when living in the city center is shading, which, thanks to Loxone, automatically adapts to the intensity of sunlight and the owner's preferences. When he goes to bed at night, the blinds are automatically closed to make the environment as pleasant as possible. Thanks to intelligent shading, overheating of the interior is prevented in the summer months, and on the contrary, in the winter the heat gains from solar radiation are used. Security is solved using motion sensors, contacts built into the windows and using an NFC code keyboard.
