Energy-efficient load management:

Our approach to energy optimization is based on intelligent load management that uses the measurements of converters to optimize consumption.



Innovative use of photovoltaics (PV):

This not only provides sufficient reserves, but also uses electric vehicles as storage. If there is a surplus of PV energy, the vehicles are charged via four wall boxes with up to 22 kW. Employees can release additional energy for their vehicles if necessary. And during non-working hours, the charging facilities remain cleverly locked.



Intelligent heating and cooling systems:

The heat pump dances to the beat of the climate controller, which enables predictive control, adapted to the presence of people and actual needs. The performance is perfectly complemented by our PV system. And as the icing on the cake, there is automatic shading that adapts depending on the season.



Smart home devices:

Thanks to Home Connect, our dishwasher and soon also the washing machine and dryer are part of the smart home concept.



Barrier-free visitor toilets with emergency call system:

The visitor toilet is not only barrier-free, but also has an intelligent emergency call system. Presence detectors automatically trigger a notification when calls for help are made.



Ambient lighting through innovative lighting technology:

The lighting system, consisting of 54 Dali spots, RGBW recessed spotlights, pendant lamps and various LED strips, artfully sets rooms and objects in scene through individually designed scenes such as customer visits, company events or after-work sessions.



Intelligent ventilation system:

Our ventilation system guarantees a fresh environment by, among other things, extracting the air in the toilet facilities and controlling it using presence detectors.



Secure access control:

NFC codes grant employees access, while customers can visit the exhibition without staff using one-time access codes - of course with the help of our stylish INTERCOM video intercom.



Audio and security systems:

A powerful audio server with 8 stereo extensions ensures comprehensive sound.



Our alarm system monitors the entire property using sensors and presence detectors, and if something happens, you will be informed by light and acoustic signals as well as messages on your smartphone or tablet.

The whole thing is rounded off by comprehensive video surveillance.
