Edificio Saraney

In 2018, the Saraney building was in a very difficult economic situation due to the mismanagement of its administrative entity, added to this, a couple of labor lawsuits by former officials ended up aggravating the situation.

Using an automation system made up of a video intercom, access control and security system based on LOXONE, it was possible to dispense with expenses that kept the building in a constant deficit.

Today, the building has regained its financial health and the change is visible to the naked eye.
