Smart Home Nové Zámky

The client decided to exchange his apartment for a house and already knew exactly what he had been missing in his previous home. While searching for a partner for intelligent control of his new build, he found us. After visiting our showroom, he gained a clear idea of how Loxone can simplify everyday life and what potential a smart home system can bring to a house designed “to measure.”



He was captivated by the possibilities of advanced lighting control without traditional switches—from smooth dimming, control based on light intensity or time of day, all the way to automatic night mode. He also appreciated the fully automated shading, terrace pergola control, comprehensive pool management, multi-zone audio, security system integration, and the home's readiness for future expansions such as a wallbox, photovoltaics, and more.



Another important requirement was a minimalist design. We achieved this by using a single Touch switch in each room, eliminating a large number of switches, thermostats, and visual “noise” on the walls. The design also included the full potential of the Audioserver, as well as integrated heating and cooling control in one functional system.



Thanks to detailed preparations—such as reserves for a Surface panel, a smart keypad at the entrance, and technological pre-wiring for future development—we created a system for the client that is comprehensive, intuitive, and sustainable in the long term.

Since we thoroughly consulted every aspect of the project with the client — from our long-standing experience, through close cooperation with the architects and their visualizations, all the way to continuous communication with the future users of the home — we succeeded in creating a residence that functions exactly according to the client’s expectations.



The entire house is controlled based on presence in individual rooms. Each room is equipped with a Presence Sensor, automatic lighting control, shading, an audio zone, and other system components. We also focused on safety and access management — from flood and fire protection, to smart access via keypad or Surface panel, and full management of the pool technology. There is also the option to control the system using a tablet in the hallway.



Up to 98% of the lighting in the house is implemented as dimmable 24 V DC solutions, which we integrated into the interior’s design elements — bookshelves, cabinets, ceilings, light coves, and other details. Thanks to this, the home makes full use of both the technological and aesthetic potential of the Loxone system, and the entire space feels thoughtful, cohesive, and perfectly functional.
