.The challenge in this project was, among other things, to create the perfect lighting mood at any time of the day, which should be both easy for the staff to use and appealing for the customers. In addition, the integration of a fire extinguishing system and regular maintenance reminders were desired. In order to increase ease of use, the selection of lighting moods should be carried out fully automatically. Only the cleaning light should be able to be activated at certain times using a button to avoid accidental activation. This challenge had to be overcome.

Lighting plays an important role in the atmosphere of a restaurant and therefore special attention was paid to it during the design. To create different moods in the restaurant, dimmer extensions and RGBW 24V dimmer trees were used, which can be controlled via an app. This makes it possible to adjust the lighting depending on the time of day and the desired atmosphere. The time-controlled program enables a gentle transition from bright daylight to a comfortably dimmed evening ambience. Maintenance, such as the fire extinguishing system, is also regulated via a mini server that automatically sends emails or push notifications to the staff. The customer can easily make the settings for the time settings via the app. This ensures flexible and reliable control of the lighting.
