Rental apartment building

Multi-purpose apartment building for rent. The goal was to make intelligent functions available even in economic rental housing.

There are six 1- and 2-room apartments in the house. 24V dualwhite lighting, installed motion sensors and touch buttons are controlled using one miniserver. It is possible to regulate the temperature in each room based on the temperature from the buttons. Every tenant has access to the application. Loxone also reads data from electricity meters and water meters, and in this way every resident and even the owner can have an overview of the costs of cold, hot water, heat and electricity at any time. Loxone also controls access to the apartment building.
