In the heart of Southern Italy lies the Relais Reggia Domizia, an elegant, early 19th-century villa that has been completely renovated. The property houses a 4-star hotel with a restaurant and a venue for weddings and events.
The villa's owner engaged LOXONE to create a smart outdoor lighting management system, using integrated cameras as motion sensors. It was essential for the property to be able to create different lighting scenarios for ceremonies and events, using a simple and intuitive interface for both the owner and staff.

Solution
The Partner recommended LOXONE for managing the outdoor lighting, thanks to its ease of use for the end customer. Now, the owner and employees can easily manage the facility's lighting scenarios via a smartphone or desktop app. The installation was completed using a Miniserver, a Relay Extension, and two Nano Relays.
The customer wanted a simple and intuitive interface above all else. Thanks to LOXONE, they can now easily control all of the property's outdoor lighting.
