Single-family house renovation

The single-family house, built in 1970, was completely renovated down to its foundations. The aim of the renovation was to improve energy efficiency and adapt it to modern standards, with additional features such as a swimming pool and security system.

As part of the planned roof renovation, a solar system was installed at the same time, with a total output of 26 kWp. With the Loxone Energy Manager, the energy produced is used sensibly to provide hot water, heating, control the pool and the surplus energy is used to charge the electric vehicle. In order to ensure uniform operation and visualization for the customer, the lighting, blinds, heating, alarm system and garden irrigation were integrated into Loxone.
